This was a cute, albeit predictable little romance. Narrator was great for the female, but when she did the male part it was slow and robotic. Male narrator was good too.

The story overall is a good read. However this dual Narration is not it. Do people not relisten to lines before they publish a audio?! The female narrator when doing the male narration she sounds like a slow robot learning the american accent and english for the first time. During intimate scenes or when the character are expressing emotion (like a shouting match) the female narrator is reading slow and bland. The male narrator female voice was also annoying. I would of perfered a male narrator with a deeper, chrismatic voice. The way Killian is described and then the voice I hear is just not creating the fantasy. At least for me. This should have been duet, but I probably would not have liked still cause of the ML voice This was not worth the 1 credit. So mad I can't get it back.

I was listening to this at work and started crying. Great love story. The female narration was great but the male narration needed to be a deeper voice with a better growl.

This story unfolded gradually, and its slow burn hooked me from beginning to end. Clodagh, the resilient Irish female main character, embodied positivity and kindness, while Killian was the tortured hero. Rosa Lucas seamlessly infused the right amount of angst and humor into the narrative, striking the perfect balance!

🎧While the narration was generally good, it took some time for me to adjust to the inflections and tones of both voices. However, once I became accustomed to their delivery, the story flowed effortlessly.

If you're a fan of the single dad and nanny romance, this book is a must-read or listen if you enjoy audiobooks!

I loved the story and the pace of the story. The characters were charming and so lovable. I was annoyed by voice of the female narrator when she was doing a male voice...too robotic. However, in the female voice it was great.

This is a DNF for me after chapter 4. I cannot bare the voice acting. The Irish “kind of” accent is bad and then when she changes to the male voice it is too painful.

Oh my… I can usually power through but the voice acting is miserable.

I’m not sure who thought the male narrator was a good choice but they were sorely wrong. His voice was horrible. I really struggled to get into this book. The London Series was much better!!

The story was okay. but I was completely distracted by the ridiculously stilted dialogue that the Macon had The way the language was spoken it did not sound like human speaking. It sounded more like AI. not at all human-like. never in my life have I heard anyone's style of speech be a stilted it as it was in this book. completely ruined the story. supposed to be two people in love. lusty and sexy. sorry busty and sexy does not come with big gaps between every sentence

I’ll be honest: I really didn’t love the narrators here. They didn’t seem suited to romance. The male narrator was also mispronouncing words - pronouncing them the way you would in Irish, but not American English. This happened with different phrases and terms in the book in general - using an Irish word for things rather than an American word - which took me out of the story as someone from the NYC area. I absolutely understand authors will write about places beyond what they know, but I’d expect they’d get some readers (or listeners) from that area to help them with authenticity. I normally love the single dad trope, but this just didn’t do it for me - maybe in part because the first time the FMC and MMC hook up, he doesn’t even bother to try to make it good for her? She doesn’t come, and he doesn’t notice or doesn’t care, which seems weird.
