I thought this book was excellent on story telling and providing direct / actionable advice on approaches to PR. I loved the way the author used her recent experience to highlight how to handle different situations and then the summaries connected to e dots if you didn’t already do so at the end. I’m not a PR professional but I do feel better equipped if I enter into a situation that needs careful handling and good communication after listening to this book.
