What is it like to work in the sky? The true story of what happens after years of career development in a demanding aviation industry, when a flight instructor gets a high-stakes interview with an airline for a dream job. Will it be an end to the exhausting work of teaching students how to takeoff, land, fly, and stay alive? Hear about how and what pilots learn and why.
This audiobook reveals the drama of pilot work life while fighting voices of self-doubt, juggling personal and family needs, and considering what might come afterwards. Did you know that in an airline pilot job interview, they don't ask if you can fly? See what it takes to have a CREW badge. You might be surprised about what else goes on when you take a peek on board from the "front office".
The incredible details and more are here, and right beyond the door to the flight deck.

No book Ive listened to yet except one are pilots treated fairly after all that money time and training.
That book was based on being pilot decades ago where you needed to be before everything became so cut throat.
I’m not sure what to think.
How can anyone make it on a regional or even legacy carrier?
Paid nothing, left stranded. Constantly commuting at own expense can’t afford to eat how could one even consider a family when you can’t take care of yourself ?
Read 7700. Best book I ever listened to about aviation.
You’ll get the idea since writer narrator are same.
