It makes it very hard to listen to.
Having said that, you absolutely should look into this diet and philosophy on eating. It works! It’s opened my eyes to many of our poor modern eating choices and changed how I eat forever and I look and feel much better.
Her other audiobooks have fine narration.

Whoever decides who would narrate this book should be fired immediately
The only reason I am listening to this book is the method works for reversing Type II DM.. but the voice and inflection of this narrator is like a slow skin peeling..
