About the Performer

Actor and audiobook narrator Zachary Webber has narrated hundreds of titles for Audible, Simon & Schuster, Tantor, Blackstone Audio, and Penguin Random House—just to name a few. Originally from Fort Worth, Texas, he received his BFA in Drama from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts. Webber has won several AudioFile Earphone Awards and is perhaps known best for his portrayal of Christian Grey in EL James’s best-selling Grey series. Outside of audio, he has appeared in many feature-length and short films, and is a member of the YouTube sketch comedy group Sasquatch Comedy, who have made sketches for the likes of Comedy Central and Funny or Die.

Laugh out loud mixed with real- life struggles (though not so much that it brings down the high of the love story). Just SO GOOD, both the story and the narration.

Emma Chase gave us a great couple in Violet and Connor, showing that age is just a number, some people do deserve a second chance at a great romance, and sometimes the one you need has been under your nose all along.

Connor is a single dad and busy doctor trying to raise his three sons, and a complicated relationship with his ex-wife who just keeps letting their sons down. Violet is his co-worker and a friend, and as they spend more time together and really get to know each other, they realize that they are exactly what the other needs. There is so much emotion and passion in their romance, but their foundation of friendship that has evolved over months gives them such a strong start. I love that not only is Connor there when Violet needs him, but she's there for him and his sons as well.

Narration by Andi Arndt and Zachary Webber is, as always, a joy to listen to. These are two of the best narrators in the business, and they really bring an elevated performance. They do not simple read the book aloud to us. They are voice ACTORS, bringing the emotion and the words to life in such a wonderful way.

This book was everything I have ever needed. Great (I mean FANTASTIC) Performance, I like all the things. The way it twists, but you knew you saw it coming anyway. Loved it!!!
