Helpful
I got this audiobook for my daughter, who is about to start this difficult transition period, and she was happy to listen to it. We had a good conversation after, and it really helped break the ice, and introduce her to complex topics in a way better way that I would have done myself.

Perfect Guide if You Have Teen Girls!
If you have a daughter who is or is about to start puberty, there is a lot to learn from this book! I wasn’t sure how I was going to handle the mood swings that can come with this age, but this book has given me the knowledge I need to move forward with confidence. It covered plenty of other topics as well including confidence which I thought was really cool!

Good resource

An educational listen that really saves the day!
Skilled Fun has helped listeners get educated at home which would work really well in tandem with their education at school on such matters. I love how this title emphasizes compassion in the area of emotional ups and downs instead of just focusing on the physical changes during this challenging time.
