This book was an amazing account of a Vietnam Navy Seal Who went through hell in more ways than one. Loaded with action and real life problems you will want to listen to it straight through.

Narrating by Todd McLaren is one of the few people they can really bring a story to life and hold your attention for 15+ hours. Although a great book and very entertaining the writers use of the words bullets and guns kind of took me out of it. Most military personnel would have use the terms weapons or ammo.

His story is absolutely amazing and leaves you in shock as you realize the caliber and quality of this mans mental fortitude!

The author paints a jungle around you where it’s like being there. Realistic and authentic. During the read comes a realization of the sacrifice and dedication down range. The narrator was great, even flow and solid delivery. Great audio

Great story, put together perfectly and very well read with the right emotion at the right places of the story, you can hear and feel the emotions. Would recommend this title to anyone that likes this genre. Will definitely keep in my library to listen to again !!
