Audiobooks are becoming more of my preferred version so I can experience more books throughout my day while driving, doing chores, or relaxing. This audio version certainly accomplishes "an excellent read" on whole health through life choices. The author, Suzy Hoseus, has an engaging voice that is clear and easy to understand. Her personal experience with her whole health journey is brought to life. Suzy comes across as genuine as she shares her experience in the hope that one can learn and also make changes. She is grateful for her blessings in life, and her choices are Christ-focused. I listened to this because I know individuals with bipolar and depression and was hoping to better understand their needs. However, this book is so much more than that. Its principles apply to anyone wanting to practice whole health and make lifestyle choices to achieve goals. It focuses on preventing an illness instead of putting a band-aid on it. There is something for all --whether one makes a couple of suggested changes or tries to gradually transform. She gives examples and suggestions for application and success! I recommend this audiobook to all who want to explore experiencing better health. Well done!
