This was a cute story - although a bit predictable, it still warmed my heart. Az just needed a good woman to pull him together and Jah was just that companion. I’m mad that we didn’t get to see the groupie girl get read for filth… that would have made me feel better about her spilling the tea! I guess it all worked out in the ends! Overall good story- the male narrator is… yikes! I don’t ever have to hear him again! 😂😂😂

The story was decent. For me the narrators made me regret my purchase. The guy tried to be cool and it showed he was trying. The female wasn’t as bad but the way she reads it doesn’t flow so she sounds more like this is her first narration

The narration was too mechanical and robotic. It took away from the story. The female was better, but the gentleman was not suited for this story. I struggled to get through it.

The male narrator was absolutely horrible. There is no way that when Tatum wrote the male character that this is the voice she heard. He doesn't sound like anyone who needs to be reading black books, period.

I thoroughly enjoyed the storyline, but the male character was occasionally difficult to listen to, and the story felt a bit rushed at the end. I think I should have read the book first before listening , but I still enjoyed it.

This book is a favorite of mine. I previously read it last year. was excited to see it in audio. The narration was terrible. More so the male narrator. Love this book. But not the narrator.

Let's be honest...this needed to be two books so we could address an official wedding, the move up the West Coast, the engagement, etc... a lot was squeezed into this book and I loved every minute...the Audible voice characters were amazing and added to the visualization
