If you have a lot of anxiety in your relationship, then this book will help you out a lot. I always overthink and wonder if my partner is okay. This book gave me the tools to feel more solid in my relationship.

Even though both men and women can benefit from this book, it’s clearly written with women in mind, not a criticism, just something to be aware of. That said, it doesn’t mean men won’t find it valuable too (I’m one of them, lol).

The book is packed with relatable examples and practical advice from the author with content well-structured, each topic on its own full chapter and plenty of space to develop. This relaxed and motivational tone is reflected not only in the content but also in the narration, which is calm and peaceful.

I liked the author approach to each topic with depth, reality, avoiding superficial takes and leaving stereotypes aside, unlike other books with less substance I have read. Chapter 8 is a great example, covering how to keep expectations realistic, accept both our partners and ourselves, and celebrate small progress to help reduce anxiety and achieve more relationship satisfaction.
