There is a lot of basic info here about the compliance required with setting up a firm in the USA, particularly a corporation or LLC. These is a multi-state overview which is important. Some other titles (I think of some Dummies books here) go to greater length and depth, but this hits on plenty of vital stuff and has nice detail. I note, as of the writing of this review (January 2021) the federal law on disclosure of who is behind a firm has been very recently changed to require greater disclosure. At many turns, it just so happens the author's firm provides the services involved, but an attentive listener can learn plenty. As self-promoting titles go, this is one of the better ones, for the mix of value and self-touting.

Some self-promo, but good value for the price
