Being a beginner to IF I was looking for more of a guide to the suggested amount of calories per day for each type of plan, which is not in this book. Instead it gives valuable information needed before starting like side effects pros and cons.

Moreover it is actually an advertisement against intermittent fasting for women because it so poorly highlights the details of intermittent fasting. If you have common sense about food and exercise don’t waste your credit or your time on this book! Listen to something woman affirming that actually explains how to do intermittent fasting. What a waste!
