If so, what would it look like if the entire book followed that same approach? The chapter structure suggests that there may have been some thought involved in creating an outline for the book. The topics of the chapter are somewhat defined in very high-level terms similar to what you might find in a Google search to define a word. Spin those terms intermixing the mantra phrase, spiritually gifted., with internal family systems, alternating with IFS.

As someone who is studying IFS, this topic was very attractive to me. But it didn't take long before I started to realize that nothing was being said. Was this created by AI? I felt like my time was being disrespected and that I was being duped. I researched the author of this title in order to find what his IFS experience and credentials were, and it seems he doesn't have any. To Audible: you need to protect users from "books" like these, because it is hard to know what is going on while listening; for example I was wondering if it was AI generated nonsense or if I was crazy. I am certain it's the former.
