I enjoyed all parts of this book. May be little more examples from Basecamp’s history would be welcome but the points came across well and well argued, defended.
I can recommend this book to everyone who tries to design a good human place to work for people.

That is possible to respect people as you always asked, to work focused but without stress and also that people actually work better and are efficient.
