Acerca de esta escucha

American health professionals are beginning to discover what their European counterparts have long understood: Many common chronic conditions - obesity, stroke, diabetes, Alzheimer’s, heart disease, and cancer, among others - often have their origins in the mouth.

In a groundbreaking new work, German dentist Dr. Dominik Nischwitz presents the principles of biological dentistry along with emerging scientific research on the mouth’s vital role in the body’s microbiome - a key to whole body wellness.

Challenging conventional dental wisdom that teeth are separate from the rest of the body and conventional dental practices that often cause more harm than good, It’s All in Your Mouth delivers:

  • The latest research about the microbiome and the mouth
  • Critical information on the dangers of root canals and amalgam fillings
  • The important role of nutrition in oral health and hygiene
  • A clarion call for a new approach to dentistry

Sensible, holistic, and humane, It’s All in Your Mouth presents a necessary new approach to natural immunity to chronic disease and the integrating dental hygiene with whole body wellness.

Dr. Nischwitz is truly at the forefront of medicine, dentistry and biohacking.
As a fellow biological dentist, I found everything in this book to be on point and refreshing!
I loved all of the science and understanding of how the future generation wants to optimize health.
His knowledge and expertise is so impressive, and I will be implementing everything from this book into my own practice.
I’m so grateful that Dr. Nischwitz is sharing and expanding this field of medicine!

Enticing, Educational and Groundbreaking

A lazy book. Simply reviewed existing knowledge on food/body connection - which meant he didn’t need to bother cite research. Then dedicated only the final chapter to his dental recommendations. Which were standard in holistic medicine. Offered virtually no new insights, knowledge, or recommendations. And if i were new to this subject, that might have been OK - but then I would have wanted him to cite research. A lazy book. But I guess he will make money because there are so few other dentists writing on the subject.
