The international best seller.

A journey into the astonishing nature and true science of longevity.

Molecular biologist Nicklas Brendborg takes us on a journey from farthest reaches of the globe to the most cutting-edge research to explore what nature has to teach us about longevity.

From immortal lobsters, backwards-aging jellyfish and the centuries-old Greenland shark to the woman who successfully edited her own DNA in search of immortality, Jellyfish Age Backwards brings together everything the natural world and science have to offer on the mystery of ageing.

Ultimately, this audiobook will reshape everything you thought you knew about ageing—and offer a biologist's secrets to unlocking your own longevity.

For about 20 minutes you can hear some cool facts about some jellyfish. Let's save you 14 hours on the rest, A. Find a sense of purpose and strive to make tomorrow better than today, B. Foster good friendships, C. Exercise or move a lot, D. Eat sensibly, E. Get vaccinations, F. Stay optimistic. This said if you love microbiology then you might love this listen.

The sum up of the book…very few things have conclusions, lot of things are in the air. I felt like I wanted more. There was a lot of detail about what is happening on a cellural basis but very few things that I could actually take into account in my everyday life.

I kept waiting and waiting for conclusions
