This book is adorable. I so like the writing, the story, the narration.

The heroine is very likeable, level-headed, can be dramatic (like any other teenager but without being annoying) but I so like that she is no doormat. The hero is bad boy enough but is also earnest, steadfast and not afraid to show his vulnerable side. I love the longish grovel!

The narrators were perfect for this story and really brought the story to another level. Love them!

This is my second Ella Fields novel and I remain a big fan!! Can we get more of her books on Audible Escape please?

This book is well written and the characters are all fully flushed out. The chemistry of the main characters was straight fire!
I would read another book about what happened to all the characters. I love it when an author can make me care about the secondary characters as much as the main characters. This book was just great.

The writing and characters weren't bad but the plot felt very stretched with a lot of angst only goes so far. Another review listed how there were many things that could have been used to juice up the story and I'd have to 100% agree. I will try another book by this author to see if she has more content in another book because this was a sweet story just no depth.

I know it’s supposed to be high school but the back and forth were annoying. After one hour, I had a hard time connecting with the main charters so I gave up. After reading the reviews after I gave up, most listeners/readers had the same complaint. I loved the performance though.
