This book gave me some great tips on storing memories. If you want to know how to learn the right way then you should listen this guide. I always thought I had a bad memory and this is a great foundation to teach all of us that our memory can be amazing if we learn the proper ways to use it. I’m a teacher and I practice some of the exercises from this book with my students and they love it.

Excellent book! This book helped me rethink the way I learn and I truly started to believe in the benefits multiple sensory learning and multiple intelligence. The author tells you about different learning techniques, reading techniques, and interpersonal communication. In order to learn properly you have to be stress free and mentally prepared. the cadence of the narrator is extremely slow. I bought the book on accident looking for another similarly titled book. overall the infromation is good and applicable.
