I am just starting a month ago this products which is I order the six month supplies. So far I am happy I see more strength my body before work out taking gives me more energy and the bowl movement is perfect .

I had lupus and it did not take me long to realize that the medical community could not help me except to treat the symptoms with pharmaceuticals so I needed to fight for my own life and find alternative ways of healing. Wow. Unbelievable to realize just how duped we are as a society in regards to what foods are deemed "healthy" when in fact they are at the root of so many illnesses. I've known for decades to not buy into what the gov't tells us is "good" or not good, but this goes way beyond that. Super research here!

I have been listening and following along in the audio book ever since I got the audio. I am so intrigued and it makes total sense to me.

This book is wonderfully insightful. A great help is all the easy to perform recipes. Great tasting and quick to make and for those of us who are not award winning chefs. I recommend this audio book whole-heartedly.

It is a whooping new learning experience for me. I have been on every eating program imaginable. I am still learning. I enjoy my food, has amazing flavor and no calorie or carb counting. Without trying i lost pounds. I do miss my crackers and zucchini but my food is sooo good now.

I listened to this audio book and started following this way of eating and I've lost weight and my stomach never hurts unless I eat something from the no list. It’s been almost a month but I’m looking forward to seeing how I’m feeling and doing in several months.

Lots of good information in here. Not sure how far I am willing to go with some of his foods listed as "No", but do see his point. If I were suffering from some particular ailment then I would definitely go all in and I am sure it would help tremendously.
