Imagine a young ER doctor confronting a patient in the Lonely Pines Hospital emergency room in 1981 Ohio, where both of their lives might be turned upside down and spun in a completely different direction.
This riveting medical sci-fi story will have you wondering if you’ve ever experienced a similar bizarre incident, and how time, space, and historical events may be more fluid than we ever thought possible. Beware; a strange visitor may already have your number.

Kenneth Campbell's narration was brilliant. He was the perfect reader for this story. He had an excellent approach with spot on voice inflections. I hope these two do more audiobooks together. An overall great listen.

I noticed another reviewer mentioned this, and, after listening to the story, I am inclined to agree with them. The title gives too much away. I think that is partially because it is so short. This was entertaining, though, so no big deal. It had a very Twilight Zone feel to it and I appreciated that. The narrator was decent as well.
Very short but entertaining

The narration was OK, a bit stilted in the scenes where the characters are showing strong emotions, but overall OK.

Any additional comments?
This was a very entertaining short story. It is very well told and manages to tell the whole story in a very short 30 minutes. Someday someway this will come to the world and the sooner the better. This story would be a great starting point for a full novel and I would absolutely recommend it!This audiobook was provided by the author, narrator, or publisher at no cost in exchange for an unbiased review courtesy of Audiobook Boom.
