This recording is hands down one of the best I have listened to. Kanta’s voice is very soothing and I feel totally relaxed after listening. With her clear messages and affirmations, It makes me feel good to listen to it regularly and I feel it will help me on my journey to letting go of my excess weight.

I loved the book and I plan on reading it everyday. Yes it does open your eyes on things you never knew that was holding you back to lose weight. For me it was being touch at a young age so I gain the weight so that I was protected but after reading I am ready for all the weight to come off and it will. Thank you for a great book.
