I have found this information life changing. It has helped me physically and emotionally. I was skeptical at first, but as I soaked in the info, my back pain was healed. Of course there have been a few hiccups, but nothing serious because now I think differently and handle body pain in a different way. I am very grateful.

Whenever my neck/back start to hurt again, I listen to this book and it goes away. Listening to the science of it all and knowing the issue likely isn’t structural or injury-based actually helps relieve the tension causing the pain. It works for me!!
