Would you try another book from Jeffrey Thompson and/or the narrator?

I enjoy listening to relaxation tapes, I thought Jeffrey Thompson had created a new concept of that sort of idea. I was confused which different song was connected to meditation, which was for relaxation, creativity, healing or sleep. No explanation or direction was given. Very disappointing. So I do not think I would try another of these books.

What did you love best about Music to Change Your Brain?

I would like the titles of each chapter to download thru my audible app. I think it would help me with my selection of what I want to listen.

Love this one best, but all the Jeffrey Thompson music is fabulous. Sleeping better than ever before and feeling better too! I recommend it highly.

I have heard about the effects of music on the brain, and my attention was caught when I saw this ebook Music to Change Your Brain. Choose Your State of Mind: Meditation, Relaxation, Creativity Healing, or Sleep. I would have given a 5 star to all categories, but I, by the downloaded material, couldn't tell which chapters were appropriate for meditation, or for relaxation, or for Creativity, or for healing, or for sleep because the chapters had no titles to them. I just clicked chapter one on and went straight to sleep- it sure did help me sleep! - and maybe the other chapters for creativity and healing, etc, were down the chapters but I already was asleep. I concluded, which could be wrong, that chapter one might have been for inducing sleep. And so, that is what I have been using this ebook for.
