Each morning for 1hr, I listened to the Mr. Noble’s audio rendition and found myself speaking German within a couple of weeks, while I walked and exercised. I am now able to expand my vocabulary and grammatical know-how by listening to beginner books and short children’s stories. I can navigate airports, hotels, restaurants and get directions with a higher level of comfort. Thank you, Herr Noble.

This book really helped me improve my German I hope he does another level. You can learn the German cases organically as we would learn our first language.

I listened to both of the Paul Noble courses for German and am very pleased with them. I did not expect to become perfectly fluent but I feel like for the time and money, these courses gave me a very very good foundation in which to build upon. Very clear and easy to follow. I hope a 3rd edition will be out sometime.

I’ve purchased several other German courses and Paul Noble is the best, hands down. His voice is calming, reducing any anxiety over getting something wrong. He explains the context behind usage in a way that is easy to understand, and gives effective ways to remember certain words without a struggle. The time between words and phrases from English to German is perfect- enough time to think and then say. I have mastered the available courses and would most definitely continue with new courses if/when available!

German is my fifth language, and after trying many methods while learning the others, this is by far the most useful and effective for beginning a language. I learn very quickly, so my only complaint is that it can move a bit slowly at times, but I think it would be perfect for most language leaners.
Learning new words and concepts is very easy in this course, and remembering then is effortless with the well timed repetition.
Overall better than anything I have tried as a beginner for my other languages (Rosetta Stone, Duolingo, other apps, learning in a classroom)
You will not be fluent at the end of the course, but it provides a very strong foundation for quickly improving your German.
If I ever need to learn Italian, I will definitely use Paul’s course!
