This book would serve as a great guide for anyone just getting into opening a food truck. One of the most important things to remember when starting a business is that your business is an extension of yourself, and section 4 does a great job explaining that.

This books hits all of the key points for starting a food truck business! It is full of great information and extremely detail, but easy for beginners to follow.

If you are interested in the step by step on starting a food truck business this is the book for you. It gives you details about the business you don't even consider, and quite frankly gives you all the good, bad, and downright stressful parts of owning one. I like that the author was this honest and raw because it makes you consider if this is the right path for you. If it is, it motivates you to keep going.

I've been curious about the ins and outs of having a food truck and this book was informative . It's short where you're not bored of the subject, but the way it is laid out hits all the important points. Some weren't something I have thought of before. Great reference

“Out of the blueprints and into the fire” -- what a great phrase! This is clearly a well researched and thought out book. So much goes into owning a food truck that you would never think about. It’s not just the food, it’s the utensils, the mobility, the supplies etc. I definitely have a newfound respect for the taco truck I eat at several times a week. Highly recommend it!

I've always been interested in how food trucks get their starts. The Great Food Truck Race on The Food Network was a household favorite of mine when it first came on. I decided to listen to this audiobook on the way home from work, and it definitely shed some light on what it takes to open a food truck.

The person who did the narration is a great fit for this book! The author paced all of the important info in a fantastic way, and the narrator delivers it the same way! Great info and a pleasant listen.

The thing I loved most about this book was the history portion. Many of us think of our favorite food trucks in modern terms, with 21st century technologies and comforts. To imagine back in the day, when Greeks sold food out of shacks on the street! It’s definitely a trip to think about how that practice has evolved into the modern food truck. A great addition to an overall informative book.
