I enjoyed this book so much. I will listen to it again and again. I heard my story in so many of the chapters. I related to so many situations people places and things. With the help of my higher power I will climb the mountain of self with the help of this book. Best tool ever.

I highly recommend you go through this book 10 to 15 times, join OA, if you have done other recovery programs and still feel trapped, go through this book, get connected and free up your life to live it. Everything you've ever wanted is on the other side of recovery. Trust the process.
