Acerca de esta escucha
There is greatness in all of us. The power to reach our full potential, regardless of our position or profession, is waiting to be unlocked. It just takes a clear path. "The biggest obstacle - and opportunity - in performance isn’t knowing what to do; it’s about doing what we know," says best-selling author and performance expert Alan Fine. “And what keeps us from doing what we know is interference. Identifying and reducing interference is necessary in order to capitalize on the skills, talents, and knowledge that already exist in each of us.”
This noted keynote speaker, and founder and president of InsideOut development, has successfully coached CEOs, managers, and leaders in organizations worldwide. Alan’s list of clients includes Sprint, 3M, The Gap, Honeywell, Oracle, and more. Now he will help you identify and reduce the interference blocking you from you greatest potential.

Any additional comments?
Luckily I didn't spend hours. Even when listening at 2x the speed it was a dull listen. All the monologue and examples are from an old man talking about golf, tennis, and some child upbringing. If you can relate to that then perhaps you won't totally blank out as I did. Else, skip it.I want several hours of my life back
