Positive thinking, or optimism, is a mental attitude or perspective wherein you approach unpleasant things and events in a productive and positive way. You always look forward to the best and not to the worst. Positive thinking allows us to look at the brighter side of things. Even when everything seems so wrong and impossible to fix, optimists have the mindset that they can get through their obstacles in one way or another.

Love this! Increased the playback speed to 1.4x and got through it even faster just listening and taking it all in. Will definitely listen again later and write down the techniques listed and dive into the daily practices of POSITIVE THINKING!

This identifies three different areas on which to focus to help encourage positive thinking. It gives very simple, action steps, and a few insights that make it easy to embrace the new positive, letting go of the old mindset. Many of us think I we are optimists…until someone points out that we are not. Gentle reminder to listen to our own talk to our selves and others as to what’s really going on inside. It was simply encouraging to try again.

This audible is great for one who wants to be reminded in a short amount of time of what it takes to be positive and successful in our endeavors, knowing that you may have hard times - which is normal, but moreover that your positivity continues to grow, continuing to bring hope to ourselves and all those around us. You are positive, but do you really see it? As you see it, others will too.
