I've only been studying magik and the craft for a few years now, 4.5. Which doesn't normally get in the way of me thinking that I all know all that I need, which, depending on which side of the fence your standing on, we could say that we are always equipped with exactly what we need at any given time, whether we realize it or not

But through a perfectly timed synchronicity today I was guided to this book and I have to say that it was everything I was hoping for and more.

This one has been on my 'to read' list for while now and thanks to the fates co-mingling with the AI-Gods of social media to make sure that I was in the right place at the right time, with the right amount of credits, to dive right into this one.

my personal practice has been a little sluggish over the last year but I also needed to go test my skill sets out in the "real" world, just to prove to myself that it could be done. so spending some time feeding my brain with this degree of wisdom and knowledge was everything that my inner selves needed to get back into sense of alignment that I feel is going to have a great benefit moving forward.

if your just starting out, and adept, an old timer who thinks you know it all, or even a skeptic that doesn't buy into all this magik mumbo jumbo but willing to swallow your own ego for a few hours, this one comes highly recommended.

One of the best books I've read in recent memory, and definitely the best book on witchcraft/spiritual development that I've EVER read.

I loved it so much, I also ordered the hard copy. I’m a newbie to the occult and I love love love this book, James Anderson Foster is a wonderful narrator and I don’t think I would have enjoyed this as much reading it the first time with my eyes. And, it is so full of great information that I’m ordering the physical book as a reference to help me learn all the great spells and meditations.

My wish list: make an additional recording of all the meditations/spells from start to finish, instead of referring to previously learned meditations by name, in order to have James give a full meditation from start to finish to help those of us that need a little more direction.

A simple approach - more like a text book - it’s one that you can refer to repeatedly until you master the concepts and adapt them to your own beliefs and practices.
