Yong clearly and practically gives listeners a step-by-step plan to recognize and target areas you can address to deepen your relationships. This book was awesome. I see so many people going through the motions of a relationship but are completely disconnected. The author presents a guide of strategies to intensify your relationship and create an unbreakable emotional connection. This book shows you how to get on the same wavelength as your partner. Helpful for singles
What I like the most about this intimacy book, is it speaks to singles as well as couples. The author addresses a wide variety of relationships including friendship's, family, and most importantly to me, Ms. Evan’s delves into healthy boundaries. She explains from experience what boundaries are, and how to set these boundaries in a practical way.
