I found parts of the book inspiring, particularly the final chapter, but too much of the copy was dedicated to examples of specific companies, without enough attention paid to practical application for those who aren’t company owners. Glad I read it but probably won’t be a reread.

Example heavy

It’s basically a very long list of examples of big businesses and their trendy approaches to navigating the new corporate world. It sold itself as a book to help motivate a team. Does anyone really need convincing that a business should be authentic and do good for community, employees and customers? If you still need convincing focus on those things over money than this book is for you.

Exhausting not motivating
