I have been using the work of Barrie Konicov for many, many years. I continue to use his work because you get fabulous results! It may not even be consciously noticeable to you. When others have seen the positive changes in me as a result of Barrie's work, I was not able to see the positive changes in myself. And yet the positive changes always took place according to what I was trying to achieve at that time with the particular recording. One of the most important things to learn in life is to how to relax and release anxiety. This recording is marvelous in helping to restore balance in our lives at a core level.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Barrie Konikov's subliminal hypnosis tapes have been a favorite of mine for decades. While there are a variety of topics in his catalog, his Relieve Stress & Anxiety is particularly good.

Barrie starts out all his recordings the same way: "Hello, greetings, and welcome." He then launches into an explanation of what the recording in question is about. For me, it's like hearing from an old friend.

What about Barrie Konicov’s performance did you like?

As with all of Barrie's self-hypnosis recordings, he has an effective means of guiding the listener into a relaxed state. I've tried other recordings, but found Barrie's method to be the best (and most imitated).

Any additional comments?

I hope to see more of Barrie Konicov's recordings out here. While they're from the late 70's and 80's, they're still effective. I hope to see more of Barrie's recordings out here.

I listened to this particular Barrie Konicov recording for stress and anxiety in the 80s, and it helped me immensely.
I was looking for something similar on Audible for a friend recently, and was delighted to find it! As I listened to it again, it almost brought tears to my eyes: his kind and comforting voice, his gentle pace, his wisdom and his expertise are just as wonderful today as they were then. I highly recommend this.

to Audible! I have been using Barrie's tapes since the early eighties, and what a joy to see them beginning to crop up here! Konikov's warm malty voice and gentle caring make for the perfect relaxation experience. They have always proven to be a great help with my insomnia and anxiety. Highly recommended!
