A good book on the "how-to" as the title suggests; with some rather practicals steps/suggestions on problem solving (e.g. OBOY model) and the likes. However, in my opinion, the author somehow created some sort of detachment between the title and the content; the whole book is about how she helped/saved her brother for a business they co-own together (which she pretty acted as a consultant/silent partner). I would have prefer it to be more on her struggles, success stories, pulling herself out of the rut.
