This is the story of the horse's adventures and the disappointments and joys that surround him, from his carefree early days on an English farm with his mother, to his difficult life pulling cabs in London and finally his happy retirement in the country. I have always loved the story of of Black Beauty, I have a complaint is that it feels like there are some missing characters in this rendition of the reading of the story. However, I still love the book.

Black Beauty is a story from the point of view of a horse. He has good times, and bad, as we all do. He always tries his hardest to be good, as his mother told him to do.

I believe this story is a worthy, moral tale for all children. It always makes me sad when Black Beauty is mistreated. Despite his hardship, he is a sweet, hard-working horse. It's a great reminder to us all that despite our hardships and struggles in this world, we can still fight to be good. Maybe, like Black Beauty, we will all be recognized for our efforts and have a happy ending.
