This book will give you pointers to direct you towards daily discipline.
You have to be able to take Martin's real life anecdote's and see how they relate to your individual situations, and the way he makes, he makes it easy to relate. This book has helped me be more focused on what I try to accomplish - from a daily and long term perspective.

This book was very helpful without wasting any of your time. It is practical, easy to read, and immediate useful. It is the type of book that even non listeners can successfully and quickly get through. You will find yourself putting the suggestions into action right away. Very helpful from the start and a great resource to refer back to as well.

I am always looking for ways to be discipline in order to get things done and have control over myself. This book has provided me with tips and ideas on to build discipline in my life on a daily basis. I thought it was a matter of sheer willpower but it comes down to what we practice on a daily bases. I love the fact that this book is broken into daily listening. I start each day listening a daily passage from this book. A lot of what's in this book really resonates with me and helps to give me a new or different perspective on forming self-discipline. I learned about this book from a friend who, in my opinion, is self-disciplined. But she reads this book regularly. I, on the other hand, have struggled with forming self-discipline. This book has really helped me.

Great audiobook! It had so much great information I kept stopping to take notes. This book includes good info and tips that anyone could put to good use. Procrastination is a major hurdle in my life and I feel like the info in this book is really applicable to most people dealing with procrastination. The book is easy to understand without being overwhelming. I highly recommend this audiobook!
