A Christian historical romance with mystery set in England during the Victorian period.

Abigail, Bridget, and Cassandra Darby are sisters fallen on hard times. Their mother has worked hard to support them, and now it is their turn to earn a living.

In the end, will the three sisters live happily ever after? Or will deception, deceit, hate, and even death come and steal their happiness away?

This was a very enjoyable book to read. Much longer than marigolds other books that I have read so far. The actor was good and made me feel like I was watching a PBS presentation said in the 1800s in England. Miss cold seems to enjoy developing different characters. And I enjoy getting to know them. As usual, some mystery and suspense. And a lovely ending.
