I like the chapters speak of specific topics and that the book starts with the hard part and then explains the process of how to heal through those topics in the chapters.

Loved the way this was written and how it’s relevant in today’s culture. It’s given me insight and understanding on how to engage with others, even my own children who may be struggling with depression. The teaching on forgiveness 70x7 - whew powerful!
