The book emphasizes the importance of situational awareness and the use of these self defense tactics as a way to allow escape. Unplugging, being present to the environment, and practicing some simple strike points could make all the difference. Well-worth the small investment.

ABSOLUTELY POINTLESS , EVEN TO ANY BEGINNER INTERESTED IN SELF DEFENSE DOMT BUY! NOT SURE WHY THIS BOOK WAS EVEN WRITTEN ??!?!?
