Is there anything you would change about this book?
I would have continued to develop the theme that Colleen Patrick started with - and then practically dropped - one not often encountered in self-help and "life-problem-solving" books, which is the idea that the best approach to handling life's problems is to "live in the solution" while taking steps to solve the "problem." In other words, although I don't think Patrick ever stated it this way: "Win first, then play!" This was a very powerful and intriguing premise, one which I do not think Patrick developed after touching on it at the beginning of her book. The remainder of the book is couched in self-help platitudes you have read and heard a million times before - nothing new!How would you have changed the story to make it more enjoyable?
See my comments above. What three words best describe Colleen Patrick’s voice?
Natural and listenable. What did you take away from The 100% Solution that you can apply to your work?
Her (undeveloped) premise.Any additional comments?
I hope she writes a follow-up, or does a second revised edition of this book. There is promise here.Starts Strong, then Descends Into the Usual
