I first started listening to these books on YouTube, many years ago, and when I found them on here I knew I had to buy them. This is one of the best, well written apocalypse books I've ever had the pleasure of reading. It's right up there next to Adrian's undead diary in terms of greatness. Keep up the great work!!

Outstanding writing, combining the separate stories into one was done amazingly.

At 1st I was surprised over the introduction of new characters, but soon felt wrapped up in their story too. Gramps was a hoot. Then I found myself again wondering at new characters. But they all had compelling stories. Was sad not to see the Teas group resurface toward the end, but maybe they'll be back for war with Catskill in book 12? :-)

I could very easily see the rapid decline depicted here.

It was easy to feel for the characters in these stories and they really came to life
You have a stake in there survival and the feeling that you could loose a character at anytime really helps!

Captivating story with great narration!

Story well written based on current events . Narrator is well suited to the story, and seems familiar with the story; actually seems as though he’s actually read the story prior to this.

Credible

The majority of the book was fairly good and easily worth the credit. Some of the story is going to make you want to shout at your media player and ask what the hell are those kids doing and some of the deaths really hurt to the core. Books 1-6 are very different from books 7-11 and I wish I had known that going into it, but over all I am very satisfied with this listen.

I read a lot of this genre, and this series rises to the top. Engaging characters and believable scenarios.

Just finished books 1-11 and enjoyed the journey immensely. Can't recommend it enough. Great story,narration and character development. It's a story that is more than a little possible which makes it real in many ways. Get started. Each book better as the story unfolds.

Really good story, interesting premise on the youthful aspect of the majority of the survivors, Liked how he fit all the stories together.
Only a few things to point out, Guns and ammo last a long long time. It would be easy to stock up and save plenty of it, with all that is around. Also optics, binoculars and scopes are everywhere. Freeze dried food too, it can last 25 years.

Really good series and narration! Only a few minor complaints.

Well developed story, character creations and arcs. The narration was also great, giving each character their own identities. This series is well worth the download
