Amazing! I cant stop hearing some parts
This audiobook is awesome! Exactly what I needed... packed with simple yet powerful exercises to finally tackle anxious attachment. This book is clear and useful. It breaks down anxious attachment into simple steps that you can work with and build your awareness in 10 minutes a day. Exactly what I needed. It felt like having a personal therapist, helping me through the most overwhelming parts of my anxiety.
