I’ve listened to quite a few affirmation audiobooks, but this one was different. It’s obvious that the writer believes in her words. The Affirmations were so convicting. She writes from that place. Also, This audiobook is only 30-something-odd minutes long. Others make their audiobooks five hours long when all that’s necessary is that you repeat the tape! It’s wonderful to be grateful to the universe, but I believe in the one who created the universe! And l thank a being who has ears to hear me. I believe that God is behind all good things, including healing. Well done to the author for this uplifting book, and authentic expression nonetheless.

I am such a believer in the regular practice of gratitude. Beautiful book to help you to how to use gratitude to change your life. Great narration voice and well presented. Calming, relaxing, empowering and highly recommended. Rewire your thinking and your brain and just put yourself into a better headspace. You can replay it over and over again, daily, weekly etc. The affirmations are inspiring and positive. It’s a must!

I love listening to this guide when I need to hear positive affirmations to inspire me and get me out of a rut. It is filled with beautiful and inspiring affirmations. Perfect to listen to when driving, commuting, or just feeling down and in need of some recentering and meditation.

We're always hearing how gratitude is a mindset-shifter, but until you actually commit to a practice of it, you can't really experience that. This book will help you do that. I enjoyed how the music played calmly in the background and how the narrator read everything. Overall super pleasant and amazing.
