Excellent collaboration between Heather McCollum and Tim Campbell. 💗 Heather makes the stories exciting, romantic and filled with non stop action. Tim Campbell uses his amazing vocal talents to bring the story to life. You feel like you've stepped back in time. Love the authenticity of the characters as well as the dialects. 5 Stars to author and Narrator. Don't miss this one!

Really enjoyed everything about this. The romance started from the start and so did the laughter. I tried to listen to this right through to the end. I'm hoping to find another just like it. Still have a problem with Tim Campbells women voices but can tolerate it bc the story is so good. His men are on spot.

I absolutely loved this story from Heather McCollum! I have listened to many of her books and find each one to be excellent. I appreciate strong female leads, and she constantly delivers. The love scenes are just tantalizing enough to not be over the top. I love that her leads are well thought out and have detailed backstories. Tim Campbell is also a wonderful narrator! If you like historical romances, give this a listen!

Tim Campbell is such a treat to listen to. Ms McCollum writes such a fascinating story. Fall in love with the beast! The sisters are quite the pair. What an entertaining time!!

It's a good straight forward romance. Not alot of fluff and unnecessary length. Now that said, I'm not fond of the angst through misunderstanding plot device. and I do wish we would have gotten a more complete ending. A little more detail on what happened after. Epilogue would have been nice. But I can't say I didn't enjoy it. So that's nice.

Lovely twist. This kind of tale makes the damsels swoon for their own Highlander! This narrator is just so darn good! He just makes the story come to life and never skips a beat!

I really liked this book, and any book Tim Campbell narrates is enjoyable. The characters are interesting especially Ava and the storyline is not your everyday romance. Can't wait for the next one.
