I liked the story, but some parts of the story were repetitive. I like Duncan’s story. There were some holes in the story, but it was an easy flow.

ONCE MORE, You, Audible, HAVE DONE IT AGAIN!!!!! As with ALL the other Bertrice Small Books you, Audible, have put out in the past 18 months, I have ended up LOVING EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS ONE AS WELL!!!!!!!!! THE STORY, THE NARRATOR'S PERFORMANCE!!!!!!!! EVERYTHING OVERALL about this audiobook is 5 STARS AND BEYOND!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!!!

It was not as good as book 1. I didn’t enjoy some of those sex scenes, too much. All that happened when she was captive. I like Duncan and his wife’s story but just too much :/

I’m no prude. However the perversion in this book was not for me. Won’t read this author again. Great narration. Luckily this was in the plus catalog.

I really want to enjoy this series. It is listed as a romance novel. But every one of these books uses cras language when referring to the act of making love or coupling or joining or sex or intercourse or making babies or bedsport or spending private time together or During 15-1800s coupulation, the word f***. Obviously, offensive and distracting.
I have gotten in the habit of starting to, getting as far as half way (hoping things will change, and then throwing down the book and being angry that I bought it.
