I don't usually write reviews as I read a ton of books and they are just usually entertainment. I have never been moved by a book as much as this. I am going to go back to beginning of series and I hope to enjoy them as well. I love when I find great authors!

This story is so real, one can only hope it was inspired by real events!

In ‘The Color of Love’ a women is mesmerized by a active, passionate mountain climber. When she shares with him that she is with child, he takes on another mountain climbing opportunity and the lady, Carla, is left to deliver her child and create a life for their daughter on her own. While the child is still a toddler, Setha, the father returns and convinces Carla he has changed and they are married. However, their “ bliss” only lasts a short while before he leaves again for the next exciting adventure. Although Setha sends money occasionally, Carla and Kaleigh are, once again, alone.

This all comes to a “crossroads“ when He once again breaks his promise and stealthily accepts another “climb” . This one will change all of their lives forever.

This fast-paced, touching tale will, surely, inspire, captivate, and keep the reader “on the edge of his/her seat”.

The story never drags between one scene to another. The choices one makes has a ripple effect on many others lives.

The audiobook Narrators all do an amazing job in performing their individual part.

This is a story which will ,it daughter on her own. surely, captivate you!

I enjoyed this novel, not as much as all the past ones in this series but it was still good. Maybe it was because I figured out what the connection was before the story told me. I t will not keep me from continuing to read the next one tho.

This is the first in the series that I used audible. I was very expressed and just as enthralled in the story. The only negative is that this is such a great series but the books get more expensive and not as long. But I am hooked

Well JM I just finished listening to book 6 of "The Color of Heaven" series and you still have me hook, line and sinker, and as enchanted as ever and I can't wait to dive into book 7. Kudos Julianne MacLean an over the top series thus far.

How does one survive? How do those left behind survive the heartbreaking news.
The Color of Love is an excellent addition to this series.

Predictable story performed well, pleasant to listen to. Feel good happy ending with some adventures in the middle. Could have had more detail connecting the separate stories. I liked it enough to download another in the series.
