I wrote this with clear intent for males, females, adults, children, the old and young, to help them understand that it's okay to have conversations, thoughts, and ideas that express who you are because it is good for your health and wellness.

Look, I've just never really understood why people get all choked up over inspirational messages. But Stephanie’s audiobook changed that. This book had me in tears for all the right reasons.
