Cultivation. Magic. Empowering unwitting animals!

A thousand-year-old cultivator, Drew, is about to ascend to a higher existence. As he begins the process, he finds out he has pissed off one too many demigods. Though he manages to fight off the concerted effort of sect elders and patriarchs...he is slapped away from the higher realms by something.

After an instant or an eternity, he awakens on a lower realm! The air is filled with garbage energy, and his emotions of all things are allowing him to control it. For a cultivator that has spent his existence absolutely controlling his thoughts...that won’t do at all. To regain his place in the cosmos, he will need to create the energy his is familiar with once more...even if it might poison the entire world.

Then again...he could just take it easy and leave all the hard work to his "willing" apprentices.

I love the fact that physics is incorporated into the magic system. The characters are interesting. Aside from growing in power at ridiculous rates, I'm not seeing a narrative in this book. It was still a fun read though

Excellent world, no plot

This book is filled to the brim with technical information surrounding an imaginary Chi/magic system. Yet , it is structured in a way that makes more sense as the book goes on.

It is nice to have a main character who isnt a bumbling teenager. Having an overpowered MC has been used but I enjoy watching him regain his lost power.

The way he literally Shouts at his Chi to do stuff his absolutely hilarious.

The book is at a good length but it doesnt really end. It could end, I suppose. It could continue, I guess. It ends very nonchalantly. It's hard to describe. You will have to develop your own opinion.

I am now a fan of Louws. His book "Histaff" in addition to this book gives me a good idea of his writing style and I look forward to what comes next.

This is so boring and slow as the author sounds like he's writing stereo instructions and describes everything in excrutiately boring detail and seems to just hypothesize endlessly while rambling on and on and on about inane crap.

don't know where the books going in the first 30 minutes but it Rockets off dramatically after the first chapter.
Funny and awesome at the same time need the Next book now pretty please Really Now!

This is a surprisingly great story. The cover doesn’t do this book justice. I truly in joyed the book and Pavi proczko is an amazing voice actor.

I took a chance and I'm glad I diid. Funny, exciting and just a fun read. Narration was also excellent.

I've read meny cultivation books. I've alwaysed enjoyed them. But this is the first time I've read one were the main character has already done and figured it all out. then gets bitch slapped into a new world to figure it out again. you'd think that would be boring but trust me its not. all i have to say is baby tank bunny. and I want one.

It was a fun book but did not expect the humor in the book. There were points of the book that I laughed. This is a very odd book it is gets into the technical side of cultivation but does so in a funny way.

I didn't expect this

MC has smarter than thou attitude, but is constantly spending time fixing his own mistakes and not following his own advice. The story just feels like a bunch of events with MC reactions and unbearable commentary. The author does a great job of imparting visual descriptions of the concepts. Couldn't finish the book.
