Couldn't stop listening. Lydia Kang's books are a must read. Everytime the ending is a surprise. I can't stop wanting more from this author. Saskia Maarleveld did a wonderful bringing the book too life. Thanks to both for being with me while driving, cleaning, and working. All was easier to do.

A little romance, mystical history, and thriller nicely wrapped up in a superb performance.

Fun, intriguing, story

The main character has a lot of grit and independent thought during this time in history. Bodysnatching for scientific research always makes for great Victorian storytelling. Especially for those with unique conditions. This story line kept me intrigued and on edge. Especially as the story progressed. Great read and one of my favorite narrators.

Such a great read/listen. Loved the twists at the ending! Lydia Kang is definitely a new favorite.

This is a well written story. The groundwork was laid, and the ending ties it all together in a very surprising way! It's October, and this would be a great read to get into the Halloween spirit.
