I think this story had potential but it fell flat and the characters were either not developed or not developed enough. Where some could have been stronger it appears they were weak. Not only in integrity but personal worth in a way, m assuming, to make others seem stronger, more intimidating. It just didn’t work unfortunately.

Narrator did well with what she had.

I had not read anything from this author before but it being on sale I took a chance. I listened to it all in a day and a half.

It’s midnight and my bedtime was two hours ago! This book is so good & the narration was excellent. Love the details and build-up of the characters and story.

The narrator was speeding through the book. She seemed didn't capture the intense parts well and really rushed through the story.

Slow start and seemed to drag. Enjoyable suspense. I wasn’t a fan of the back and forth restarting from a different perspective

This has to be the most boring and annoying books I have ever listened to. I was listening while driving a distnace so no option to play something else. I could have pulled over but I had to be somewhere. The characters all whine and the story line is just so boring. It was also a tad too predictable. Altogether really annoying..
