This audiobook is aimed at empaths and highly sensitve people, not loners in general. If your Meyers-Briggs personality type is INFJ or INFP you might benefit from this book. I found the first half slow but it definitely cuts to the chase later on. It is not a "feel-good" book. You might hear things about your coping strategies that you'd rather not hear. Nonetheless, the message is sincere and supportive. Narration was surprisingly good for a Virtual Voice!
